By accessing or using Lucent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Lucent provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform for project management, team collaboration, analytics, and workflow automation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lucent and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lucent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Lucent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Lucent reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with 30 days' notice for existing customers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
In no event shall Lucent, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to GDPR compliance and provide tools for data subjects to exercise their rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
